Eric Fritz, Director l Mechanical

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Eric Fritz to Director of our new Charlotte, NC Branch Office.

Since joining Thorson • Baker + Associates (TBA) in 2019, Eric has exemplified the leadership, technical acumen, and mentorship that define our firm’s values. Beginning as a Project Manager and quickly advancing to Senior Project Manager in the Mechanical department, he has played a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mechanical construction documents from initial concept through project completion.

Eric brings 20 years of design experience in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design for a diverse range of building types, including public, commercial, educational, office, residential, retail, and assisted living facilities. His responsibilities have encompassed everything from conceptual design and construction documentation to energy code compliance, construction administration, and project closeout. In addition, Eric has made a significant impact by mentoring and supporting our mechanical engineers and design staff.
