Cory W. Webb, PE, Principal l Electrical

Determination and perseverance have defined Cory’s career since joining TBA in 2007. He challenged himself to grow technically to achieve his ultimate goal of professional licensure. It did not take long to recognize that Cory possessed the qualities and skills necessary to succeed as a manager of both clients and staff. His selfless and considerate personality serves him well as a mentor to interns and entry-level engineers. His willingness to consider different perspectives and offer new ideas have also contributed to his success. It is with great pride that we announce the promotion of Cory Webb to Principal.

Justin Hosseininejad, PE, Principal l Electrical

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Justin Hosseininejad to the position of Principal at our company. Justin's dedication, expertise, and leadership have been invaluable assets to our team, and this promotion is a testament to his outstanding contributions and commitment to excellence. Justin became a part of our team in 2014 and has consistently showcased remarkable talent and professionalism. With a keen eye for detail, he successfully led numerous projects in the educational and housing sectors. Please join us in congratulating Justin Hosseininejad on his well-deserved promotion.

Michael P. Cochran, PE, Principal l Structural

In 2008, Mike joined TBA as a Structural Design Engineer and now has close to two decades of experience in engineering. Mike has proved himself as he has moved through the ranks of several promotions including Project Manager, Associate, and now Principal. His strong technical skills and valued leadership are impressive. Mike has worked on a wide range of projects in both the private and public sectors. He leads by example and provides experience, knowledge, and mentoring to his fellow engineers. We are positive, that as a Principal, Mike will skillfully lead TBA to a successful future.
