Jason Bornstine, PE, Associate l Structural

We are excited to announce the promotion of Jason Bornstine to an Associate and welcome him to join the ranks of senior management at TBA. Jason started at TBA in 2012 as a Structural Design Engineer, bringing with him not only design experience but also years of field management experience on large structural projects. Through dedication, hard work and willingness to always help and mentor others, Jason quickly proved himself to embrace the philosophy of management at TBA and worked his way up to Senior Project Manager, and now Associate. Jason designs and manages some of our largest projects in all sectors of work, displaying strong technical skills, creative solutions and responsive communication to bring tremendous service and the best of TBA to our clients. Jason is truly an asset to TBA and our clients, and we are so proud to have him as one of our Associates.

Kyle Richards, PE, Associate l Structural

Kyle Richards started at TBA in 2012 as a Structural Design Engineer and has worked his way through the ranks to join senior management as an Associate. Kyle plays key roles in the design and coordination of many of our housing, senior living, large commercial, and institutional projects, and in the training and development of less experienced staff through mentorship. He has developed exceptional client management skills and embraces the importance of responsiveness and dedication to client satisfaction. We are proud to announce Kyle’s promotion to Associate.
