New 135,000 SF, PK-4 elementary school building on 48 acres designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. Site improvements included staff parking, bus parking, athletic fields, paved play areas and play structures. This project is a state-of-the-art facility which embraces the new “21st Century Learming” concept in education. The facility was designed with flexible classrooms and break out areas to allow for an innovative and collaborative learning environment. This facility achieved LEED Silver Certification by incorporating daylight harvesting as a central theme.
