The complex is an international state-of-the-art facility consisting of two buildings; a 4-story lab building with a lower level that also accommodates lab space and houses an NMR research facility. Project also included a 6-story office building plus basement level. The complex houses research labs to support synthetic, process, physical, nano-scale and computational chemistry and chemical engineering.
This 225,000 SF project relied heavily on building information modeling, as well as sustainable design, complying with requirements for LEED silver.
