TBA provides an exceptional office setting and culture for our employees at our three Ohio offices.

• The Richfield office is located on a 12 acre campus located between Cleveland and Akron with easy highway access.
• The Columbus office is located in a modern office complex in Dublin Ohio with easy access to I270.

Culture

The culture at TBA is team-based, stressing collaboration and career development with a sense of community. The staff works closely with management in a collaborative environment that nurtures employee growth, encouraging career advancement.

We host corporate social events year-round that assist in developing the team culture we promote. Social events include holiday party, family picnic, golf outings, golf league, cook outs, corporate challenge, dollar dog days and cooking contests to name a few of the many interactive events that TBA plans and sponsors for its employees. We also offer an employee garden. The result is a culture that encourages interaction, friendship and support between its employees.

Health and Well Being

TBA believes in a healthy work environment and office. TBA provides a Personal Trainer that conducts an intermediate and advanced workout class twice a week at our Richfield office utilizing our in-house fitness and multipurpose room. We also provide yoga classes once a week. Employees are encouraged to attend these classes which provide a convenient way to exercise and improve health right here at our Richfield office. At the Columbus and Cincinnati offices, TBA assists employees in health club memberships. TBA also provides discounts on health insurance for some health related employee achievements.
