Sustainable Design

To address the growing demand from the public and private sectors for "green" building, TBA electrical and mechanical staff members have achieved the distinction of LEED® Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design). TBA's accredited staff takes a leadership role in coordinating the engineering design team with the architectural design intent of projects interested in incorporating sustainable design concepts. TBA’s Mechanical Department clearly identifies environmental performance goals of the mechanical systems and is able to recommend energy efficient and environmentally friendly systems as well as value analysis to assist in the decision-making process.
