Landscape Architecture: Services
The Civil Engineering/Landscape Architecture Department is led by Principal Michael N. Stamas, ASLA, LEED AP, a Registered Landscape Architect and LEED Accredited Professional. Established in 2003, TBA's newest department has a seasoned staff of registered landscape architects and CAD technicians. By integrating our civil engineering and landscape architecture practices, TBA is able to provide creative designs that incorporate both sound construction principles and environmental sensitivity. Our goal is to design enduring landscapes that take full advantage of a site's natural features.

Our landscape architects offer a full complement of services to architects and corporate, commercial, and institutional clients. These range from preliminary studies through construction documents and administration, and include:

- Preliminary Site Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development
- Sustainable Design guidance and LEED Analysis
- Assistance with selection and coordination of other site consultants (Phase 1 ESA, wetlands, Geotechnical Engineer, Traffic Impact or Improvements)
