Engineers should have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university. EIT, PE, CPD or RCDD certification plus a minimum of 5 years experience required. Civil Engineers should have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 2 years experience, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D desirable.
